You know, I have been watching this whole Rush Limbaugh, “I want the president to fail.” soap opera for a while and I find it kind of amusing. Amusing because liberals just do get it and I believe at the end of the day, it’s going to backfire on them.

            First of all, the whole ‘I want the president to fail’ thing is only part of a soundbite. If you were to listen to the original commentary; Rush believes that the president is moving towards socialism and on a mission to destroy capitalism and if this is the case, he (Rush Limbaugh) wants him to fail! Do I agree with him? Yes, I do! Why? Well, I too believe in a free market and capitalism. A free market and capitalism is the reason why the United States of America is recorded in history books as the fastest growing and most successful country on the planet! Do we have flaws? Well of course we do but America is a country that is GOOD at the heart! And the idea of tearing down what made this country a success because we’ve run into some tough times, to me is kind of loony. But that’s not my reason for writing this.

            The other day RNC Chairman Michael Steele appeared on D.L Hughley’s show on CNN and it was a setup if I ever seen one. The move by D.L. was typical (not brilliant) but Chairman Steele never seen it coming and fell right into his trap! Mr. Hughley said to Chairman Steele that Rush Limbaugh is the “de facto” leader of the Republican Party and Steele instantly responded by saying, “No he’s not! I’m the de facto leader…”

            Now, what was D.L.’s intent? It was to get up under Steele’s skin by putting Rush above him and to get Steele to become defensive because of the comment and defend himself by saying something bad about Rush! D.L. Hughley’s plan was to put the two most powerful people in the Republican Party against each other to make it appear as if the Republican Party was in-fighting and falling part! Well…it ALMOST worked but Mr. Steele and Rush Limbaugh outsmarted the Democrats and managed to p*ssed them off!

They squashed the issue almost instantly and Chairman Steele apologized to Limbaugh…no harm, no foul! This was not part of their (Democrats) plan because based on their “psyche”, when you offend or attempt to offend, you DO NOT APOLOGIZE! This took them out of their element because liberals and Democrats are unapologetic (for the most part), so they devised a new plan. Start a website to try and show that Rush is the leader of the Republican Party and at the same time make, Michael Steele look weak! Well…I hate to break it to you, but the strategy is weak and not well thought out.

Since I am the ONE and ONLY Hip-Hop Conservative, let me break this down for you! Here’s the scenario. You have Roc-A-Fella Records (The Republican Party)…Hey Jay-Z, don’t get mad because I referred to the “Roc” as the Republican Party, just using it for the example! Okay…you have Roc-A-Fella Records and then you have Murder, Inc. Records (Democrats). They are competing against each other. Now Murder, Inc. doesn’t have as much talent as Roc-A-Fella but they are doing well. You want to eliminate your completion but you can’t do it through music, so you go biblical on their behinds. Every city or house divided against itself cannot stand – Matthew 12:25

Murder, Inc. gets one of their operatives to interview the president of Roc-A-Fella Records (Damon Dash) and in the interview the operative states that Jay-Z (not Damon Dash) is the “de facto” leader of Roc-A-Fella Records! What does this do? It stimulates the ego! If you are the president and someone implies that you are not, this (most of the time) causes anger and irritation, so instinctively you defend your position and you sternly respond by saying, “I am the president! I am the big dawg…I run the show and without me there would be no Jay-Z!”

After the interview, you think about what just took place. You publicly dissed your top artist, all for the sake of your ego. Think about it…as president of the record company, people don’t see you; they see and buy your product. Jay-Z is a double/triple platinum selling artist (Jay, I know you are more than just an artist, this is just a scenario), so when they think of Roc-A-Fella Records they think of Jay-Z and because he is so popular and he’s bringing in millions of dollars, some people WILL refer to him as the leader! Why? Because it is Jay-Z’s music bringing in the bucks! So for the sake of unity and the company, you apologize to Jay-Z.

Rush Limbaugh is the “Jay-Z” of the talk radio world. Michael Steele is Damon Dash. They are both on the same team but Michael Steele runs the operation behind the scenes, heck most people don’t even know who heads the RNC or the DNC half the time anyway! Rush Limbaugh has 20 million plus listeners (no one even comes close to that) and about 30 million more embrace his views. That’s 50 million people, so yeah he’s selling the product and he leads, as far as selling the product, so after you do the math, RUSH LIMBAUGH LEADS THE PARTY! Figuratively speaking! And that’s not to knock Chairman Steele, it’s just a numbers game and Steele being a smart man understood this, set his ego aside and for the sake of the party (no division), he promptly corrected the mistake. Even Jesse “I’ll cut your nuts off” Jackson understands for the sake of the party, which is why he apologized for his comment about Barack Obama. Why did Jesse apologize? He didn’t have to? It’s all about the game and only an “ego-tripper” would not understand! 

    Bush lied and people died…there were no weapons of mass destruction…the war in Iraq…Hurricane Katrina…Michael Brown…Harriet Miers…fired U.S. Attorneys…illegal wire-tapping and Alberto Gonzales!  These are just a few examples of the missteps, cronyism and tragedies of and during the Bush administration.  This is an administration that blatantly disregards the law, lied to get into Iraq (to steal their oil) and doesn’t "care for black people" according to Kanye West.  This lying, brain dead, draft dodging warmonger needs to leave office most haste!  And what better way but to impeach him!  Now this is an exit strategy!  This would grantee a win for the Democrats in 2008!

            This is the type of rhetoric that you hear from the liberals!  And those NOT on Capitol Hill in congress want impeachment proceedings to take place!  Well…sorry to disappoint you but this is NOT going to happen!  For those who know me or listen to my on-line radio show, you know that I have been a supporter of the Bush administration since the elections in 2000.  For the most part, I support President Bush’s policies and agree with his decisions.  Some people think that you would have to be completely off your rocker to support such a guy but I will tell you this, and this is coming from a guy who has never been wrong about the outcome of a political situation (like the Monica Lewinsky scandal) or the outcome of an election; history will show that George W. Bush will be amongst the top 15 best presidents.

            But let me go ahead and address this impeachment crap that I have been hearing about!  For the most part, you haven’t heard this from politicians!  Why?  Because they have no case…they have no grounds for impeachment!  It is “GAME TIME” for all you whacked-out libs!  Put up or shut up!  I am so tired of hearing about impeaching Bush and most of the people yelling it are political ignoramuses, who have NO IDEA that the reason congress won’t impeach is because they can’t!  They would have to impeach themselves too!  Stop with all the TALK, if you have a case then IMPEACH BUSH NOW and stop with all this nonsense!  By NOT impeaching him, you further show how ineffective and impotent you really are.

            So, I challenge ALL those (including congress) who favor impeachment, to either impeach now or shut up!  Impeach now or STOP saying, “a war base on a lie”!  Impeach now or stop with the “hearings” that yield no results and wastes our tax money!  If you could impeach Bill Clinton over oral sex then I am pretty sure that you could impeach a president for a war based on a lie and have cost over 3600 American service members lives.  It is time to show your hand…IMPEACH NOW or GO HOME!      

Growing up, my parents tried teaching me not to hate but somewhere along the line I got lost. I got caught up in the hate “Whitey” movement and discarded my Christian values and those things my parents taught me. So for quite some time I hated “Da White Man” and I was always a victim. Always another case of “Da White Man” holding me down! I had many run-ins with whites and almost every time there was some sort of confrontation, so I wasn’t very tolerant at all when it came to the white community. Then came the military!

During my time in the military, I was forced to be around white people; the people that I taught myself to hate. I had to put on a “smiley face” and pretend to like them. I was put in a position where I had to possibly depend on a white person to save my life and this was bad because white people only cared about themselves, or so I thought!

My first deployment was to the Persian Gulf (Operation Desert Storm) and I was there when the first missile was fired and we stayed there until it was over, which was around April 1991. During this time, I still hated “whitey” but I didn’t experience this selfishness that I had taught myself to look out for. In fact, it was a white guy, who taught me much of what I knew about Navy life and to never give up! It was this white guy who taught me to pick up an equipment tech manual and actually read and learn how to operate and fix the equipment we worked on but regardless of all that, I still (deep down) hated and didn’t trust him. This guy took me under his wing, taught me everything he knew, we ate together, drank together and he always treated me with respect and dignity but still I didn’t trust him. I left that command post, much smarter and wiser than when I arrived there but I still hated “Da White Man”!

Now, fast forward to 1995, and the Million Man March in Washington, D.C. I had finally realized something and it was the exact opposite of what I was suppose to get out of the march and that was; one…all white people weren’t bad and two…I was a Conservative. I could have just about DIED! This could not be! Being a black man, I thought we were born liberal and Democrat. I thought that we were born to hate “da white man” and government but depended on them for everything we so rightfully needed and deserved. I thought that poverty was part of our culture and welfare (even though my parents were never on it) belonged to us and if you cut funding to it, this was a direct attack on the black community! So, even though I could not believe it (that I was a Conservative), I accepted it and I became just as passionate about my conservatism as I was about my hatred for “whitey”! As I put more into my conservatism; my life, my family’s life and life overall began to improve. Now you can equate this to me getting older and wiser but I believe that this was mostly due to the fact that I was NO LONGER a victim…I became an ACHIEVER! I no longer looked too or blamed “da white man” or the government for my misfortunes. I accepted them and overcame them, and now because of this I enjoy every aspect of my life! I have a wonderful wife, smart, beautiful and intelligent children, and I have my health.

Like me; there are millions of people out there who are conservative but they just don’t know it or are afraid to say it because honestly being a “Black Conservative” is very tough. You are called names like; Uncle Tom, Sellout, Token, and House Ni**er! You are constantly accused of trying to act white and you are not proud to be black but let me tell you that you could not be more wrong! First of all, I get accused of trying to act white because I am articulate, so if speaking proper English is trying to act white, then I guess you are right. Of course…if you knew me, you would know that it certainly (the whole acting white thing) is not because of the way I dress because my clothing of choice is, of and from the Hip-Hop Culture. And like Mr. Bill Cosby, I am married with children and if I see my children falling in error, I choose to correct them because we have a tie that bonds us! And the same is so, for me and the black community; we have a tie that bonds us and that is…we are black and if I see that one of us is falling in error, I choose to help and try to correct it. This is why I address and take on some of the problems of the black community, not because I think that I am better but because I want to see “US” achieve MORE! We are capable of more, our history requires more and we should want more! More requires every man to be a leader; more requires every man to value life, more requires every man to value the wisdom and beauty of our women, more requires every man to honor and protect the sanctity of marriage; more requires every man to step up and be a good husband and father and not a p-i-m-p and a hustler! More requires us to do everything we can to preserve the traditions and values of the county that has made the American Black, the freest and wealthiest blacks on the planet. We must stop glorifying and giving props to the p-i-m-p, the player and the hustler because they are a “dime-a-dozen” and I can always find someone doing it bigger and better than you but a good husband and father is rare and they should be honored!

In my opinion, liberalism is a program and a mindset that shackles us to poverty and rewards us for being complacent, where conservatism is a movement that frees us from governMENTAL dependency, protects life; especially of those unborn, believes in (and not hope for) achievement and rewards you for achievement and forward progression. Black liberals are enslaved by slavery which locks them into looking to their “MASTER (black leaders)” for their next steps and stomps out the courage and bravery that made it possible for Frederick Douglas, Marcus Garvey, Joseph Rainey, Malcolm X, and Martin Luther King to step out and break down the walls of prejudice and discrimination. Liberals believe that good and bad is a matter of opinion and not a matter of Natural Law, not understanding that procreation (a result of heterosexual sex) is a matter of GOOD natural law and Homosexuality (having sexual desires for someone of the same sex) is a matter of selfish hedonism and is a matter of bad natural law. You refuse to procreate, life soon becomes extinct! So don’t hate on me because I love life and choose to be successful! Hate on me if I choose to hate on you for what you have and what you have achieved because jealousy and envy is a sure way to destroy those who choose to succeed! So, do yourself a favor…examine yourself and you might just find out that all this time you were a CONSERVATIVE!
